@thenetworkgrinch hypothetically if i had an idea for a plane that i wanted to reseaerch adn develop, but it happens ot be potentially of military use, what would be the least problamatic way to do so?

note that by nature of the plane design, the faa would never allow this thing to fly, as it shows up on a radar at a similar size to that of... several boeing 747s
