Refactor and enhance agent functionality

The changes include refactoring imports in smart.py, enhancing the planning and reasoning prompts, and adding a new file
smart_with_tools.py for a multi-agent reasoning technique. The python.py tool was renamed to Python Interpreter, and the web search tool
was updated for better functionality.
