When During game play recently , my character kept on Glitching & slowdown in reaction from time to times . It never happened to me before . Hope u can take serious action & solve these matter soon !!!!! I pay tonnes of money in this game😡, u can check my history record !!!Hope ur term can adjust above problems ASAP!!!

More than half of the time, I dont even know what is going on due to not being able to understand what my party is saying. I wish i could understand and participate/communicate. It would be very very helpful to add english as an option for non chinese players who are in asia especially when the US server is very laggy. Everything else is pretty good. I hope developers can hear this one out. I saw similar posts from long time but this hasnt been taken care. Not sure whether they dont care about non local players or they are just terrible at listening and improving the issues that players are facing.

More than half of the time, I dont even know what is going on due to not being able to understand what my party is saying. I wish i could understand and participate/communicate. It would be very very helpful to add english as an option for non chinese players who are in asia especially when the US server is very laggy. Everything else is pretty good. I think game is fine, but the rewards given are very limited. For example, the gems given can be very little. I hope there is more prize given and extension of time for the limited edition of the 角色造型。Whether if you can win the game really depends on the teammates, if you get thunder mates, there is very little, if not none, of the chance u can win. This makes the game so frustrating.I also recommend that for the opening of each battle, please zoom in all the characters of the same team on the battlefield (like the demo tutorial, where the character was zoomed in on and with the camera angle directed away back to the bird view.) it will make the battle seem more tense and players feel they are really part of the characters in the battle. And it will look super cool!!!!!Please work hard on improving the game!P.S. I really want the 馬洛斯鬼武者造型。:’( I tried so many times but still no luck :”(😭Can you please give me the 造型 as a gift for my suggestion I have just written with my heart and my coming birthday next week ? Haha 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Im sure I’m not the only person who wants an English language option even if it was unfinished. If the menus could be english as well as the UI I would definitely play this game more often. I wouldn’t mind at all if the champions were completely voiceless (If its difficult to find voice actors) I just want to be able to navigate my way through this game easily.Also its a bit misleading since the intro is in English.
